Data deletion

At Quadremy we respect your data. You can ask us to delete your account and your personal data whenever you want, no matter how you signed up: with your email, with Google or with Facebook.

1. How to request deletion

1. Write to us at [email protected], preferably from your account email.
2. In the subject line write: “Data deletion request”.
3. In the message include your full name, your account email and how you signed up (email, Google or Facebook).

2. What happens next

• We confirm that the request comes from the account holder. If you write from a different email, we may ask you to confirm it from the registered email.
• We securely delete your account and your personal data within a maximum of 7 business days: profile, photo, course progress, certificates and messages.
• We let you know by email when it's done.

3. What data we may keep

Purchase and billing records are kept for as long as tax and legal obligations require, as explained in our privacy policy. They are not used for any other purpose.

4. If you signed in with Google or Facebook

You can also remove Quadremy's access to your account from your Google settings (“Third-party apps & services”) or Facebook settings (“Apps and websites”). That cuts the connection, but does not delete the data already in Quadremy: for that, send us the request in point 1.

5. Before you request it, keep in mind

• Deletion is permanent: it cannot be undone.
• You will lose access to the courses you bought, your progress and your certificates.
• If you just want to stop receiving emails, you don't need to delete your account: use the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
