2. Access to the website

Accessing this website https://www.quadremy.com implies acceptance of these terms and of those contained in the QUADREMY Privacy Policy; therefore, if you do not agree with any of these terms, you must stop using this website.

If you wish to read the QUADREMY Privacy Policy, you can follow this link https://quadremy.com/en/politica-privacidad/

Some features and/or content of the website are restricted to students only, through login with a username and password assigned when enrolling in courses or master’s programs. Users of the website who are not registered students can access its public content.

Users and students agree to use the QUADREMY website carefully and correctly. Accordingly, they undertake not to use it to:

a. Carry out activities contrary to the law, morals, good customs and other rules of public order. b. Pursue unlawful purposes, or purposes that are prohibited or harmful to third parties, affecting their integrity and/or good name and, in general, their rights and interests.

QUADREMY disclaims any liability arising from the use of its website by the user for the purposes mentioned above or any other unlawful and/or prohibited purposes.

3. Operation

QUADREMY reserves the right to improve, update, modify or remove any information, content, domain or subdomain that may appear on the website, without prior notice, publication on the QUADREMY websites being considered sufficient.

QUADREMY informs users, for each of the CONTENTS it offers, whether specific software is needed to view documents or content, as well as the recommended computers and/or browsers. This information can be found at the end of the page of each master’s program or course.

4. Access to content

The CONTENTS purchased will have a set duration according to the type of course or master’s program chosen; this duration is stated in the content of the QUADREMY website. The same applies to the prices and topics of the CONTENTS. All of the above is public information, meaning users do not need to register or pay to access it.

4.1. Content duration

The validity period of the CONTENT depends on each course or master’s program and is stated on its page. When a course states “lifetime access”, the student will be able to access it for as long as the QUADREMY platform is operating.

Access time starts counting from the payment date and/or the activation of the CONTENT in the student’s account.

QUADREMY CONTENT cannot be downloaded, and cannot be viewed offline or outside the learning platform (unless QUADREMY uses another channel to publish it, for example, YouTube).

For CONTENTS with time-limited access, QUADREMY does not grant free extensions. Once the validity period of the CONTENT ends, the student must renew access by paying the corresponding price.

4.2. Important considerations about the content

Students must check the validity period of the CONTENT before enrolling. QUADREMY is not responsible if the student is unaware of the public information.

Information about access to the CONTENT and its validity period is always presented in writing and is public on the QUADREMY website. No member of the QUADREMY team is authorized to offer access conditions or download options other than those published on the website.

5. Resources, software and/or benefits

QUADREMY informs its students about the resources needed to enroll in any of its CONTENTS. It will also inform whether the student must purchase them individually or whether they are included in the CONTENT offer.

QUADREMY generally does not include licenses for the software used in its CONTENTS. If QUADREMY includes any type of license in its content offer, it will do so publicly on its website with the relevant information. If a license is offered free of charge and this information is not public, the student must verify it at [email protected] and keep the written proof.

Any benefit offered, such as scholarships, discounts, job offers or others, must be publicly announced to users and/or students to be valid. Information on how to redeem the benefits will be provided by email in each specific case.

6. Obligations of QUADREMY students

Keep contact information up to date so that QUADREMY can communicate effectively for purposes related to providing the academic service.

Be responsible for the login username and password (hereinafter, credentials), their safekeeping, confidentiality and updating.

Report any breach or unauthorized use of their personal data or credentials.

Pay 100% of the cost of the CONTENT they have chosen to take, regardless of the agreed payment method. Remember that this is essential in order to complete the CONTENT.

Be responsible for the resources (software, computers, devices, browsers and prior knowledge) needed to take their CONTENTS.

Check the validity period of the CONTENT before enrolling.

Make sure the information provided is truthful, in accordance with what is published on the QUADREMY website.

7. Guarantee and refunds

7.1. QUADREMY recorded courses come with a 7-calendar-day guarantee from the purchase date. If the CONTENT doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a refund of 100% of the amount paid, as long as you have completed less than 20% of the course lessons.

7.2. To request it, write to [email protected] from the email associated with your account, stating the course and the payment method you used.

7.3. The refund is made through the same payment method used. Crediting times depend on each payment method or financial institution.

7.4. Once the refund is approved, access to the CONTENT is revoked and the corresponding certificate is not issued.

7.5. The guarantee does not apply to one-on-one mentoring sessions that have already taken place.

7.6. This guarantee does not limit the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country.

7.7. Pre-sale and staged launch: when a course is sold in pre-sale, its page shows the opening date and which modules will be available that day. The remaining modules are published on the dates shown in the calendar on that same page. If the announced modules are not available on the opening date, we refund 100% of the amount paid to anyone who requests it, through the same payment method. This refund is in addition to the 7-day guarantee in point 7.1, which starts counting from the course opening.

8. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

On our website, by clicking “I accept the Terms and Conditions”, the user and/or student confirms that they agree with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions presented here, you will not be able to register as a user or enroll as a student.
