When a course states \u201clifetime access\u201d, the student will be able to access it for as long as the QUADREMY platform is operating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Access time starts counting from the payment date and\/or the activation of the CONTENT in the student\u2019s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n QUADREMY CONTENT cannot be downloaded, and cannot be viewed offline or outside the learning platform (unless QUADREMY uses another channel to publish it, for example, YouTube).<\/p>\n\n\n\n For CONTENTS with time-limited access, QUADREMY does not grant free extensions. Once the validity period of the CONTENT ends, the student must renew access by paying the corresponding price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.2. Important considerations about the content<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Students must check the validity period of the CONTENT before enrolling. QUADREMY is not responsible if the student is unaware of the public information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Information about access to the CONTENT and its validity period is always presented in writing and is public on the QUADREMY website. No member of the QUADREMY team is authorized to offer access conditions or download options other than those published on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n QUADREMY informs its students about the resources needed to enroll in any of its CONTENTS. It will also inform whether the student must purchase them individually or whether they are included in the CONTENT offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n QUADREMY generally does not include licenses for the software used in its CONTENTS. If QUADREMY includes any type of license in its content offer, it will do so publicly on its website with the relevant information. To request it, write to gabriel@quadremy.com from the email associated with your account, stating the course and the payment method you used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.3. The refund is made through the same payment method used. Crediting times depend on each payment method or financial institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.4. Once the refund is approved, access to the CONTENT is revoked and the corresponding certificate is not issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.5. The guarantee does not apply to one-on-one mentoring sessions that have already taken place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.6.
